Cooking Classes for Curious Travellers

Authentic Mexican Cuisine:

Our classes are an adventure in preparing and tasting authentic and modern Mexican dishes geared for curious travellers.

Get ready for a fun-filled and inspiring food day that will include a continental breakfast with Mexican coffee; an overview of authentic Mexican ingredients and an introduction to the cuisines of Mexico.

Next, a demonstration of 5 – 7 dishes, created while you sip on refreshments, some hands-on opportunities, depending on the menu. The day will culminate in a full Mexican late lunch of the dishes you helped prepare- a comida fuerte!

You’ll take home a recipe book of the dishes taught at The Little Mexican Cooking School as well as a souvenir apron so you can practice and impress your guests back home!
