Distintivo H Certification
Hello everyone,
I’m glad to announce that we have just renewed our Distinctive H certification for this year(compliance with the highest standards of food service practice in the tourism industry). This award provides distinguished recognition to hotel service providers in México who demonstrate exceptional quality and safety in food preparation, handling, and services.
We obtained a compliance of 100% in the critical aspects and 99,17% in the non critical aspects.
This was the perfect finish to a busy month in which we also had the Air Transat inspection in which we obtained the “Blue qualification” which is the highest score they use to evaluate hotels.
We are very proud of our staff that made this possible.
