*Some of the restaurants at the Grand Palladium Resorts in Jamaica have made some changes in their menus: at Bubbas (Steak House) they are now offering dishes such as “brochette mar y tierra” (surf and turf, a combo skewer), T-Bone, or grilled chicken. At the Lotus (Oriental Restaurant) they offer Jumbo Shrimps and tuna with teriyaki sauce.*
